On the painting table ... Gods of DnD part 2

Dungeons and Dragons – My work on these three gods is progressing slightly slower than I'd like. I've been doing research on different OSL lighting techniques and have several techniques that I think will work well with what I'm trying to achieve with this job.

After blocking in the colors and adding an initial wash to bring out the detail,  I started with the first layer of highlights. I've been experimenting with flourescent paint for some of the glowing areas and so far I'm really liking the results. It makes the colors really pop.
