Year of the Rat – I Am the Law

Necromunda – This year I’m going to try and focus on Necromunda. A few members of my regular group are going to get together once a month to play out a Dominion Campaign. Hopefully with getting together just once a month everyone will be able to play out the full campaign.
The hardest part of starting a campaign is choosing your starting force. I try to pick up everything that comes out for Necromunda (you never know when they might be limited runs … the one or two items I didn’t pick up at release are now going for way more than the retail price on ebay ) so my options aren’t exactly limited as far as gang selection goes. This time around I’m going to focus on the Enforcers. while they don’t get to “fully participate” in the Dominion Campaign I think they’ll be fun to play as the law.
I opted to paint these guys up like the judges from Dredd 3D. The simple functional black with gold and red details looks menacing. To give a nod to the blue uniform from the comics I opted to use a dark blue wash instead of black. While it’s subtle I think it adds something different from my typical black recipe.
I suppose I could call these guys done, but I’d really like to add some additional highlights and shading to really finish the gang. With the campaign kicking off this weekend I’ll call them done for now.
