Chibi-style minis are just so refreshing to paint. In a world where everything seems so serious and tragic it’s nice to take a break. Something about these make me nostalgic for saturday morning cartoons, super sugary cereal with a chunky plastic toy, Happy Meals and the like.
Starcadia Quest: ARRRMada introduces some new villains and heroes. The style of the pirates is partly Davey Jones, partly Street Sharks and partly Captain Harlock it’s a great mashup that creates a unique yet familiar aesthetic of space pirates.
