Ultramarine Fire Support

Warhammer 40,000 – Hellblasters and a Stormhawk Interceptor are the most recent Ultramarine Models to grace my table. These guys are part of a larger commission I’ve been getting piecemeal of the last year or so. The paint is pretty basic tabletop quality.
Calador Sky with a Nightshade wash gets the job done for the primary color and shade. I detail them out with some gold, parchment, red wax seals and brown pouches before applying the decals. I also do a edge highlight with the base color to bring it back. The heavy wash gives a slightly grimy appearance that I don’t mind, and my client seems to love since he keeps sending over more stuff.
