On the painting table ... Dread Knight

Warhammer 40,000 – Grey Knights, I'm not really sure how I feel about painting them. They seem to be pretty easy and straightforward to paint. But it always feels like they're to plain. Of course once the details are done they look really good. It's just the middle part of painting them that gives me issue.

To complete the weapon options for his force my client gave me a third Dreadknight to assemble and paint up. This is the first one I've put together and I'm impressed with how easily a big kit like this goes together. That's one of the great things about GW kits. They might be horribly overpriced but they are really well made and easy to assemble. (After my adventures with other lines coming back home to GW kits is a breath of fresh air having things fit and go together easily.)

This is almost done with just a few details left to sort out and the various hand weapons left to wrap up.
