Mad Max Looking Pawns - Painting Badlands

Board Games - Post-Apocalptic Cars are in vogue right now. Gaslands is super popular with tabletop gamers and there have been several board games as of late that follow the theme. Badlands: Outpost of Humanity is another one.
Unlike the other game i recently painted which had fairly unique looking vehicles. The three sculpts include with this game are very much looking like a V8 Interceptor, School Bus and Pick-up Truck almost straight out of the Mad Max Universe. Which is super cool. Since the pawns are identical it’s very important that they are color coded, which means the paint scheme had to be adjusted to look rusty and beat up but still have the color of the players represented.
